Standard Rental Contract Terms

1. The jet ski renter must be at least 16 years old, in good health, and a good swimmer.
2. The renter must wear a life jacket and helmet during the sailing period.
3. Stay within 500 meters of the landing area.
4. Do not harass others or approach or enter other resorts.
5. Do not drive recklessly.
6. Do not approach designated swimming or diving areas.
7. Adhere to the designated load (for the jet ski).
8. Remain within sight of the shore to facilitate rescue operations (in the event of a distress call).
